Luxeverve does not collect online payments. Submit a purchase request and our team will contact you to confirm the details before arranging payment.

## Submit a Purchase Request

Find a product by keyword, image or category, then choose Request to Purchase. Specify the quantity and include any questions about size, color or other products in the notes.

The same request process is available for one or more items. Submitting the form does not charge you, reserve stock or confirm an order.

## Confirm the Details

Our team reviews the product, requested quantities, availability and delivery destination with you. The final total and shipping arrangements are confirmed individually.

Product pages show a reference price per item, not an automatically calculated order total. Ask our team to clarify shipping and any applicable charges before proceeding.

## Arrange Payment with Our Team

After the final details are agreed, our team explains the available payment arrangements. No particular payment method is promised by the website.

Do not enter card numbers, passwords or other payment credentials in purchase notes or contact forms. If anything is unclear, contact our team before sending payment.

## Changes and Questions

If you need to change a request, contact our team with your request ID. Changes depend on whether the order has already been confirmed or prepared.
